In God’s name, let us go on bravely.

I’ve never actually been present when someone poked a bear. Or flicked the sensitive parts of a male tiger. Or committed a political mistake that will ring down the years for the entertainment of generations to come. I must say, it’s been refreshing! At the moment, The People Who Have Had Enough have contributed over $200 million to the Trump 2024 war chest in just three days since the verdict. The spectacle of the Left’s open corruption has bought us time to man the pumps.

Welcome to the new reality. It’s an objectively different world today than just a few days ago, and so far, it suits me just fine.

Opinions expressed in this newsletter, unless otherwise attributed, are my own.

To Be or Not To Be

In an article I wrote the day after Donald Trump’s conviction, Welcome to Armageddon, some people were concerned that I expressed tolerance for conservatives initiating violence. I do not. But the fault was mine; in a time of frantically mounting tension, precision is important. That was a flaw in my original composition.

It does bring to the forefront the question that is on the mind of many serious people, though. What would trigger the necessity of armed revolt? It is a very serious question, with the very future of liberty at stake. If we wait too long, the left might yet secure its effort to impose a one-party oligarchical tyranny – and then our children will never know the blessings of liberty and prosperity that we have enjoyed. If we act too soon – or act precipitously – we may give the left the very excuse they need to declare martial law and finish making America into a Marxist hellhole ruled by willful cretins. We will be held to account by God for the choices we make – for the things we do and the things we fail to do.

There is a part of me that feels guilty for the thousands of babies who are still executed here every day. Would not violence to stop that violence be just? Similarly, there is a part of me that feels guilty that I have done nothing directly to free the J6 protestors, the pro-life demonstrators routinely jailed by this hideous police state in the making and many others who have been jailed by these tyrants for what they think, rather than what they have done. So why haven’t I engaged in direct action to stop these things? I lack neither resolve nor courage. I have not so acted for strategic and tactical reasons. Any direct action would more likely cause more to perish or be jailed than to cast off the yoke of our current tyrants.

I have to think of a multitude of potential scenarios and come up with ways to deal with them all. I know some are not comfortable with the martial aspects of my nature, but I am not about to plan a peaceful method and then, when lockdowns and martial law come, tell the people who have put trust in me that I didn’t think it would get that far – so they are on their own.

One of the major reasons I started CORAC four years ago was because I largely expected Donald Trump to win the election in 2020 – and then have it stolen from him. If that were the case, we would enter into a downward spiral into tyranny – that could come on very quickly. People’s normalcy bias cannot see past next week. They rarely think the worst could ever happen. When it does, they are shocked and think we have surely hit bottom. And then they are in the gulag or in the grave before they knew anything was seriously wrong. I knew that if we were to be able to resist tyranny, we needed to get an infrastructure in place – and not wait to have to try to do so in panicked reaction to a planned assault from our own officials. I knew that we needed much more than vocal or literary protest: we would need the tools that would allow us to sustain ourselves, work together, and thwart the assault that was coming to our country. And we needed to do it smart so we could not easily be strangled in the cradle.

I had an opportunity five years ago to meet with the leadership of several major national groups that were very eager and patriotic. After doing some deep dive research into their public statements and strategy, I blew off the meeting. One fellow, my chief partner in starting CORAC, who knew about it, asked me why I declined. “If I wanted to meet with the FBI, they have offices right in Denver,” I told him, with perhaps more sarcasm than I should have.

The groups were eager and courageous, but they seemed too filled with their own statements and to lack prudence. I have a duty to all of you. One of my first rules is, “Do no harm.” Don’t do stupid stuff and try to justify your stupidity with an appeal to your courage without prudence. My sense of staying away was vindicated when a couple of the organizations in question were destroyed in the J6 events. I am not here to make a point or a statement. I am here to win – and I know that God demands that I use all my faculties well to achieve that end, not to do stupid things and blame Him for my failure.

I have been studying, cogitating and doing quiet diplomacy with entities and states that are similarly minded for a very long time on how to do this effectively and so as to blunt the option of violence or, for that matter, empty sloganeering. I well know that the opponent gets a vote in such things, though. So far the left has consistently voted for violence and for ending civil liberties by weaponizing the concept of equal justice under ordered law. All of our institutions have been perverted to attack and, ultimately, destroy us.

For over a year, I have been wrestling with the biggest project of my life: the CORAC Handbook and Manual for Building Functional Communities. I holed up for five days last week to work through the remaining issues I had. I am sending my final version, in three pieces, to the top CORAC leadership team this week. It lays out how the country can be organized – peacefully and effectively – and by using the key weaknesses of our opponents against them (and yes, they have profound weaknesses that can be exploited). But make no mistake: if lockdowns and martial law come, I have plans for how to switch to armed rebellion. I pray that day never comes – and I feel pretty confident that what I have produced can forestall it. But whether it does or not, I am determined that this nation of liberty, justice, and opportunity for all and the original vision of a government of the people, by the people, and for the people, shall not perish from the earth. (Thanks for the phrasing, Abe). In fact, I intend that it spread the blessings of liberty throughout the earth in preparation for the Triumph of the Immaculate Heart. I will not be drawn precipitously into a futile battle but, God help me, I will not turn tail and quit the field if the going gets tough.

I believe I was divinely instructed to finish the handbook by May 30. When Donald Trump was convicted that day, I thought I saw the primary reason for the timing. As I write this, I am making final corrections to and polishing the manuscript. So I am past deadline. I think God, in His mercy, will forgive me. But just to be safe, I am going to steer clear of whales for a while.

If communication goes out for any length of time, meet outside your local Church at 9 a.m. on Saturday mornings. Tell friends at Church now, in case you can’t then. CORAC teams will be out looking for people to gather in and work with.

Commentary on the Trump Verdict

The verdict and its aftermath are the most interesting, and most hopeful, things that have happened in a long time.

Crisis magazine will be publishing a compilation of commentary on this subject from their stable of authors. Watch for it later this week at Crisis Magazine.

Beware Bird Flu Hysteria

Dr. Peter McCullough is reporting government agents showing up at farms with thousands of animal PCR tests, leading to mass culling and destruction of livestock. The food supply is at risk, as agencies destroy the food supply based on false testing.

If you recall, the PCR test is so manipulable that its results can be ordered up like a Big Mac and a Coke. When a lab is told to return a certain percentage of positive results, it needs only turn up the number of cycles to the point that the test, which was never meant to be a diagnostic tool, returns the desired results. Never take or trust a PCR!

Vaccines to treat the new virus did not go through any human trials, and have altready been purchased in quantities sufficient to poke the entire US population, though the disease has not significantly manifested in humans. Déjà vu.

To handle any viral disease that may go around before the November election, stock up on zinc and a zinc ionophore (quercitin, hydroxychloroquine), Vitamin D, ivermectin… in short, what was shown to be effective against whatever that was going around in 2020.

I ordered the Contagion Prep kit from the Wellness Company for $299. It has everything you need to fight Disease X or bird flu or whatever might be thrown at us. Investigate the contents here >

Dr. McCullough is big on common sense steps like nasal rinses. If the virus is inhaled, what makes more sense than simply washing it out of your nostrils before it can replicate? Nasal rinses such as NeilMed SinuFlo or Xclear Sinus Rinse are low-cost, non-prescription and simple to use.

(Both these products are also available on Amazon, but I know a lot of people are trying to avoid the Big A.)

Being prepared means you have a defense against the fear campaign that is coming.

Eucharistic Revival

Check this map to see if the national pilgrims will be walking near you. If you hover your cursor over a point on the route, you’ll see what church they’re stopping at, and what liturgies and activities are planned there.

Eucharistic Pilgrimage >

We won’t likely see another Eucharistic pilgrimage of this size. If you’re anywhere close to one of the routes, get thee to a meeting point, and receive the plenary indulgence available to anyone who participates (subject to the usual stipulations: Confession, Communion and prayers for the Pope.)

The Eucharist Goes to the Movies

Jesus Thirsts: The Miracle of the Eucharist will play in theaters this Tuesday through Thursday. If it does well, it may be extended, so go on June 4,5 or 6 and support this excellent effort to tell the glory of the Eucharist. This movie needs to be seen and shared.

Home Altars

We have winners! Since my own taste is too eccentric, I recruited a panel of 5 judges, one of them a good bishop. The point of this contest was to inspire all our members to create a space that calls you to prayer. If you don’t have a home altar already, try some of these winning ideas.

Things the winners had in common:

  • lights, whether natural, candle or electric;
  • flowers or greenery,
  • a crucifix and
  • the Blessed Mother.

MOST BEAUTIFUL OVERALL

Marie Baron in Region 2. A simple and serene altar with creative use of wall decals and twinkle lights. Marie got her decals here. In the Zonon store on Amazon, there are lots of beautiful decals that you might creatively put to use for your altar. They are peel-and-stick and are removable.

MOST CONDUCIVE TO PRAYER

Ann and Carl Suhrie in Region 4, using lovely Argentinian storm doors that suggest the peace of a church interior. Water is also being used as an element of peace.

SPECIAL AWARD

Andrea Hart from Region 9, whose family is in the middle of a move. Living temporarily in a camper where every inch of space is at a premium, they dedicated valuable living space to prayer.

Escalation in Ukraine

Whatever crimes the administration is hiding in Ukraine, they must be whoppers because Biden is willing to provoke a nuclear exchange over them. How many hundreds of billions of dollars are going to be thrown at what was a losing cause from the start? Had the US not egged on Zelensky, hundreds of thousands of lives would have been spared. Now, as Ukraine has exhausted the warm bodies it can throw into the sausage grinder, nuclear seems to be the only option, and Biden (or whoever is moving his lips) is ready to go there.

“If he (NATO Secretary-General Stolenberg) is talking about potentially attacking Russia’s territory with long-range precision weapons, he, as a person who heads a military-political organisation, even though he is a civilian like me, should be aware of the fact that long-range precision weapons cannot be used without space-based reconnaissance. My second point is that the final target selection and what is known as launch mission can only be made by highly skilled specialists who rely on this reconnaissance data, technical reconnaissance data. For some attack systems, such as Storm Shadow, these launch missions can be put in automatically, without the need to use Ukrainian military. Who does it? Those who manufacture and those who allegedly supply these attack systems to Ukraine do. This can and does happen without the participation of the Ukrainian military. Launching other systems, such as ATACMS, for example, also relies on space reconnaissance data, targets are identified and automatically communicated to the relevant crews that may not even realise what exactly they are putting in. A crew, maybe even a Ukrainian crew, then puts in the corresponding launch mission. However, the mission is put together by representatives of NATO countries, not the Ukrainian military.”

In other words, the US simply “allowing” Ukraine to launch US weapons into Russia is not an independent Ukrainian act, since they require support from US or NATO systems. I believe what Mr. Putin is saying is that, if these weapons are launched, with the necessary support from the West, it will be deemed an act of war. Do we really want to be at war with a country who celebrates June 1 as International Protection of Children Day, while we here in the US kick off an entire odious month of kinky deviants showcasing our moral weakness as a nation?

Help J6 Political Prisoners

We can all be praying for these prisoners. I watch a few channels where the families post updates, and they are almost unbelievably brutal. In many cases, families have lost everything. Many of the prisoners are enduring conditions like a Turkish prison. We cannot even believe that such things are happening in our once-great country. Some of the men are literally starving. They are not given a life-sustaining number of daily calories, and are dependent on outside funds to buy overpriced snack food in the prison commissary. The GiveSendGo accounts for the prisoners are linked on the following website. Click on J6ers Currently Incarcerated. If you prefer not to contribute money, you can write a prisoner and provide some sunshine >

There are many prisoners. I am especially partial to Thomas Ballard, Joe Thomas, Jeremy Brown, Nathan Degrave, Kyle Fitzsimons, Ron McAbee, Ryan Samsel, Guy Reffitt, Dominic Pezzola, and Ryan Nichols. They’re listing Peter Navarro as a J6er, too. There are also women who are imprisoned, married couples, and father and son duos. Each one of the prisoners has a story, and most of them will break your hearts.

Ways to help: prayer, correspondence, donations. They need us; please don’t forget them.

Martyrs Corner: The Carmelites of Compiègne

France, in the late 1700s, suffered an uprising of common people against the rulers and clergy, who often wielded their power to the disadvantage of the people. As typically happens when people have been abused for too long, the revolution took a violent turn. A law was passed which confiscated Church property, outlawed religious orders and made the government the master of the Church.

Knowing full well the price they would pay, a convent community of Carmelite nuns declined to leave the monastery or give up their habits. According to the novel The Song at the Scaffold, the nuns actually wanted suffer for the cause of peace in the Church and the country. They anticipated death, and gave their fiat.

In the hot summer of 1794, they were arrested and imprisoned in another convent which had been turned into a prison. At trial, they wore their forbidden habits, as Providence had arranged for their only secular clothes to be away being washed. Convicted of treason, they were sentenced to death by guillotine.

As they were transported to the place of execution in open carts, they sang the Te Deum and Veni Creator Spititus. The first to die, Sister Constance, sang Psalm 117 as she was taken. The other sisters took up the song, the sound growing dimmer and dimmer, as one by one the sisters were beheaded.

The oldest sister of the group, Sister Mary of Jesus Crucified, said to her persecutors, “I forgive you, my friends. I forgive you with all that longing of heart with which I would hope that God forgive me.”

The holy deaths of these women is what most likely brought the bloodthirsty crowds to their senses, and ended the Reign of Terror ten days later.

The Carmelites of Compiègne were beatified by Pope St. Pius X in 1906.

O holy sisters of Compiègne, pray that we may suffer bravely for Christ and souls.
