  5. How to Help a Dog With Arthritis

[Mick] If it were my dog, I would mix Symphytum 200C, Rhus tox 200C, Arnica 200C, and Calc phos 3X (or 3C, 6X, or 6C). I would dissolve a few pellets of each remedy together in a 1/2-ounce dropper bottle of vodka. I would put perhaps 20 drops of this liquid remedy in his water bowl every morning. Then I’d watch over a period of time (2 weeks to 8 weeks) to see if he seems to be improving. As soon as any improvement were noticed, I would cut back to putting the liquid remedy in his water bowl every other day. The more he improves, the less frequently I would give the remedy. However, if there were no improvement at all after 8 weeks, I’d look at trying different remedies.
