Mushroom Tinctures

Ordinary Wisdom

[Mick] Agaricus blazei can be used in powder form, tincture form, or in homeopathic form. I have the powder and will tincture it one of these days. If you plan to tincture it, then consider buying it from Mushroom Harvest in Washington state because they heat-treat all of their mushrooms prior to sale. If you buy it anywhere else, then tincture it according to the directions given for Cordyceps in Buhner’s Antibiotics and Antivirals books. Also, add vinegar to the tincture in order to extract the alkaloids from the mushroom into the menstruum. If you’d rather use Agaricus blazei in homeopathic form, it is available from Helios in England. The lowest potency they have is 12X; I bought it in 6C and 200C.
