I told you last week that national pro-life leaders were working seriously to rip away Planned Parenthood’s (PP) mask of faux compassion for women. It has begun.

PP cares about profits, not women. It tries to destroy every “choice” except abortion. It takes hundreds of millions of federal dollars, then turns around and funnels millions into leftist Democrat campaigns. Because of the fungibility of money, that means your tax dollars are not just going to PP, but to fund Democrat campaigns.

Pro-life Crisis Pregnancy Centers rarely get any support from tax dollars. They are almost entirely privately funded, depending on donations. Abortion advocates love to say that pro-lifers care about babies until the moment of birth and then don’t care at all. What an utter lie! I have toured dozens of Crisis Pregnancy Centers across the country. Almost every one of them provides support for mothers throughout their pregnancy and then, for at least two years after the child is born. They help with job searches, baby supplies, clothes, vocational training and more – none of it at taxpayer expense. Many grateful mothers, given the chance to know their child through the help of Crisis Pregnancy Centers, become some of the most committed volunteers to help other mothers in crisis.

You know who does not care about mothers? Planned Parenthood. After they have done the abortion, they are not interested in seeing or helping the woman again – unless she wants another abortion. For almost four decades I have listened to surviving abortive mothers tell me about going back to PP to seek counseling after an abortion only to be sent away. Once PP has gotten its pound of flesh it doesn’t want to be bothered. But you want to know what PP DOES spend money on? Trying to get Crisis Pregnancy Centers outlawed. They don’t want you to be able to choose life if you are in crisis. Senator Elizabeth Warren (D-Massachusetts) has led the charge to try to outlaw pro-life Crisis Pregnancy Centers throughout the country.

Margaret Sanger was the founder of Planned Parenthood – and one of the great monsters of the 20^th Century. She eagerly gave a presentation to a Ku Klux Klan gathering on her eugenics theories. She published a guest essay supporting her eugenics by Nazi Ernst Rudin in her newsletter. In a 1939 letter she said that, “We don’t want the word to get out that we want to exterminate the Negro population…” When I was doing radio, I converted a few abortion workers by convincing them to actually read Sanger’s book, The Pivot of Civilization. Her book, Woman and the New Race, said that, “The most merciful thing that the large family does to one of its infant members is to kill it.” Ironically, this hideous woman who wanted to create a master race by killing people she didn’t approve of has millions of spiritual progeny who all consider her a great hero and advocate of women’s rights. It has mutilated our culture and depraved our sensibility of family.

Let us pray that Greene’s new deal is the beginning of the end of this monstrous depravity.
