[Debby] Does anyone have experience with No Jet Lag by Miers Labs? Any suggestions to help with Jet Lag? This if for a future trip to Europe.

[Mick] Debbie, I haven’t used that product (I don’t fly). But I have read that Nux vomica is good for jet lag. Also, Boiron makes a jet-lag combination. I have used a few other combination remedies of Boiron’s, and they have worked well. The combination is called Jet Lag Relief; and it contains Cocculus 6C, Arnica 6C, and Nux vomica 30C.
