[Question] Does anyone know of a good recipe, tincture or otherwise, for a “multivitamin”?
[Talitha] This is a great question. I will be very curious how others answer. Homeopathic Bioplasma (all 12 cell salts) is a good place to start. I think herbs like nettles, sheep sorrel, dandelions, lambs quarters all provide good nutrition. Foods like liver (other organ meat), garlic, onions, turmeric, raw milk products fill many nutritional gaps in the American diet. All those ideas together, probably greatly decrease the need for a daily multi-vitamin.
