[Question] Hello, I want to use a topical solution to increase soil acidity. I have happy blueberry bushes in OH clay so I wanted to add something this spring to keep them happy. I have azalea acidifier from the store but thought I would rather make something. My idea is to spread wood ash on top to increase acidity? Any other suggestions?

- The wood ash would increase the alkalinity.
- You could use pine needles or oak leaves or coffee grounds.
- Peat moss will increase acidity. Learn more >
