[Mick] Julie, after having read the first sentence of your message, the first two things that went through my mind were high-dose Vitamin C and lemon balm. Which form of Vit C do you have (liposomal, sodium ascorbate, ascorbic acid)? Regarding the lemon balm, it can be used both internally as a tea and externally as a hand soak. If you have any thyme, you could mix that with the lemon balm (thyme is a nervine herb and is also antiviral, so it ought to help with both the pain and the infection). And I don’t remember if you took the herbal class that Jacquie taught; but do you have tinctures of Isatis, Licorice, and/or Baikal skullcap?

(For stabbing needles sensation with hand, foot & mouth:)

Stabbing needles… if you can get your hands on some St. John’s wort tincture, I think it would help a lot. Taken internally and used topically (diluted).

[Jacquie]  For adult hand, foot, mouth: If you have homeopathic remedies. Try Ant Crud 6 to relieve intense itching. Blisters in mouth. Merc Sol  200.
