Sheriff Mack is Back!

Sheriff Mack is back to speak on what a Constitutional Sheriff’s responsibilities are. Sheriff Mack was a Sheriff in AZ back in the 90’s when the Brady Bill passed. The Brady Bill required County Sheriffs to help enforce the Brady Bill. The Feds don’t have authority over County Sheriffs and so Sheriff Mack and 5 other Sheriffs throughout the U.S. filed suit and it went to the Supreme Court. They won! Sheriff Mack started the CSPOA (Constitutional Sheriffs and Peace Officer’s Association) and has spoken all over the U.S. with periodic conventions for Sheriffs & Peace Officers. He will outline to the public the need for the Sheriffs to understand their power in their County to protect and defend those who elect them. The Sheriff can kick out any Federal Agency if he so chooses.
