Monkeypox Update

As we are all aware, the media is reporting that Monkeypox is the next threat, and they are trying to convince us that we should all be worried. The Health and Wellness Team would like to remind us that prevention in the form of maintaining a healthy diet, regular exercise, getting adequate sleep, and eliminating as many toxins as possible is the best defense against any illness. Should this virus become a reality for any of us, homeopathic Variolinum, Hydrastis, and Sarracenia Purpurea are three remedies for prevention and treatment that specifically target a virus such as this one.
