[Natalie] When I travel, I carry:

  • Red root, Echinacea, white willow bark and the sleep formula which is passion flower tincture and valerian root tincture (made separately) then blended 50/50.
  • Wwb is for pain / inflammation .

Cause I can’t get other relief at times.

The red root helps my lymph glands when it’s draining and causing my neck to hurt.

The echinacea can be gargled for dental bacteria and it also gives topical numbness for teeth issues or a sore throat.

I take an Ashwagandha blend every day because its an adaptogen and it helps with stress. My daughter also started taking it.

Passionflower can be grown locally. Echinacea can be grown locally.

I’m not sure about white willow bark or valerian root.

But I am pretty sure that Ashwagandha cannot.

I do know friends who are growing ginger locally (it’s a synergist)

I have used dandelion and calendula and lavender out of my or a friend’s yard but not everyday.
